What is SiNerv?
SINERV 600 is a food supplement based on Alpha Lipoic Acid, Carnitine, and Vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B12.

Alpha Lipoic Acid improves nerve cell tropism and its ability to repair itself; is an endogenous antioxidant.
Alpha Lipoic Acid is of great help in all disorders related to environmental oxidation phenomena, iatrogenic, alimentary and consequent to degenerative pathologies such as diabetes, arteriopathies, retinopathies, central and peripheral neuropathies, brain aging.
L-Acetyl Carnitine plays an important therapeutic role in Peripheral Neuropathies: it improves reparative processes and cell trophism (NGF activation) - greater production of membrane phospholipids - improves the stability and conductivity of the neuronal membrane - improves motor function- sensory of peripheral nerves.
